Are you an Architect?
No, I am not. I have a degree in construction and have been designing since high school. I have worked for several Architects and have been involved in with every part of design and construction.
Do I need an Architect to design a home?
No you do not. I can produce the same quality of plans provided by an Architect, for a fraction of the cost. My plans include more than enough information for a contractors pricing and construction permitting.
Do I need an Architect to design a commercial building?
Yes and No. An Architects involvement in a commercial project depends on the project. I can produce the plans and have a contracted Architect of record, if necessary. The need of an Architect will be know prior to any project commitments.
Are projects confidential?
Yes. I do not share or reuse projects. Your project is yours.
Do you make project site visits?
I will visit a site as required. Most new construction projects do not require a site visit. I can work for surveys and pictures. Addition projects typically require a site visit to verify existing conditions.
